Kuromi, can I just say, for someone under 13, you sound like a pretty responsible person for actually looking into these things so you dont do something wrong, miss a step, or endanger yourself and or others in attempting to make a fursuit, or just have one in general. I respect you. Not even teenagers are always that responsible, nor always think ahead before trying to do something, and I say that as a 14 year old.

On some of the newfangled machines it can be an issue. I think it grabs the fur to easily and leads to damage. That's why most people don't like using it. It also comes down to the quality of the stitching.
