Does this work for embossed lux? I have water like staining from not having suck pads. Will it cause water staining all over?

Hi there! I always use a toothbrush and some of that OxiClean Spray I linked to get out the saliva stains! I never had suckpads, but my stains always come out no problem as long as I use this method. Hope that helps!

Is there a concern for color bleeding? I've got the Tokidoki Iconic and I don't want to lose the colors or have them bleed!

Note I would still, yes! It just protects the carrier from rubbing up against the washing machine :)

Would it be okay to use a regular detergent on it? My boyfriend is weird and pretty allergic to tide and natural detergents, so I can't use them.

Emma Yow Lillebaby suggests to use only detergents with no brighteners. The best detergent I’ve found, that meets all their criteria, is the 7th Generation one I use in this video. It’s a gentle, yet effective detergent and it also doesn’t bother baby’s skin. It may work for him, I would try it out and see ♥️

kateschwanke Sadly, it gives him hives. The only one we haven't tried with him is dreft. I think he's the only one in the world who's allergic to the gentle detergents. Lol.

I just washed my lillebaby complete carrier per these instructions but found that once it was completely dry it was very stiff and not soft like it was before. Does this stiffness go away? Should I try washing it again and adding a softener?

Hi! The soap may not have gotten completely rinsed is all I can think. I have never had any issues with them feeling stiff afterwards, though.

Stiff stuff softens up after a ride in the dryer on air fluff (no heat)

Why no dryer? The tag on the carrier says low heat in the dryer

It's always best to let a carrier air-dry. It will help it keeps it's shape, color and maintain quality :)
