thanks for the tips! but for conditioning, do not entangle the knots because it creates your hair strands to stretch causing them to become damaged and loose . instead just use a regular oil on the ends then wash it out.

Scratching the head doesn’t damage the follicles. It would take surgery to actually damage/pull out the follicles, but it does make more hair fall out, but it was hair that was going to fall out eventually ... for newer hair to grow. So it only makes it fall out faster

Also just concentrate the shampoo mostly on your scalp there's no need to lather the ends of your hair especially if it's a shampoo with sulfates. It can cause dryness/split ends. your ends will be clean by simply rinsing out the shampoo and letting the water flow down, and gently run your hand down it. sulfates strip the hair from natural oils.

I don't always use conditioner. A lot down to laziness ha. I use a serous or oil to treat the ends. In the summer time especially I'd wash my hair most days really to cool my head but not with shampoo each time. Just with water and then treat the ends as normal and I don't use a hair dryer.
