Came over from your reddit link. My phone works with Nreal but I wanted to try this for Chromcast. One question until I get those adaptors. Color saturation ? On KZbin my glasses/phone are over saturated (Moto G100) . How good is the Chromcast with color ? Maybe it's just the glasses that oversaturate ? I too ordered from outside the EU (Japan) 😊

Colors are over saturated with Chromecast as well but not as bad as it is with Fold4. Though I read somewhere that Nreal is working on a firmware update which will allow users to change color settings.

You will have to use Bluetooth buds or headset and pair it with Chromecast.

You have to hold the minus volume down for about 6 seconds then the screen is gonna go back an come back on an now you can control the volume

Thanks for the video. I want to connect these glasses to a PC so that I can play PC games. With just the HDMI Male to USB-C Female Cable Adapter, do you think it would work? Also, I see a lot of reviews mentioning that there is loss of Audio and the Top of screen wraps around to bottom. Is this issue fixed with the software update?

I have not tested these with PC so can't say for sure but you need proper HDMI to USB-C adapter for it to work, like the one mentioned in the video or the one NReal sells. Yes, with adapter you will lose audio so you will either have to use Bluetooth or speaker out from your PC.

@@TinTinMonkey Thanks for the reply. With the adapter would this launch in AR Space and Air Casting mode? My understanding is that the experience in AR Space is much better because you can resize it and it's a lot bigger than Air Casting. Is that correct?

@asheelonline I will check again but as I remember with adapter you don't get any option. It's just a basic video output because all you are getting is a video feed. You get the option when you connect compatable device like a phone or PC.
