I noticed you mentioned it wouldn’t work on cars under 2018. My car is a 2012 Ford Escape, and we put in the CarPlay system with the screen ourselves. Would it work for me??

You can hotspot from your mobile phone, but bear in mind it will use your mobile data.

I haven’t tried it yet but as the Toyota supports both wired and wireless CarPlay it should work.

Seems cool but bit of a gimmick in my opinion. A lot to spend when I'd just use my phone directly to watch something, although I have a foldable so a bigger screen than in the Leons. But yeah, idk wouldn't personally use it

I’m enjoying the wireless aspect more tbh. The KZbin etc is handy if I’m waiting in the car with my lad and we put cartoons etc on. He loves it.
