All mine are outdoors so I hose em off with the garden hose in the morning..unless I'm fertilizing-got a watering pot for that, takes me 30mins.

You have lots of orchids, no wonder you spend so much time watering them. You can cut off the time a little bit for the one in sphagnum moss by having a small container (1-2 inch tall only, I use the ones from ordered food or clear dollar store food containers) and just put the water there, the moss will absorb up to the top, in this way you don't need to take them to the sink every time you water them. Because the "trays" are short will not stop the air flow in the pots.
