I can't seem to see what the products were that you used, especially the wax. there is a Sally's here though so I'd like to make sure I get the same kind of wax. I've gotten a few wax products before and was not happy with them. +Maribeth Spence Sally has added new Wax formulas since I did this video so I will suggest to go in and ask what is the best based on your personal needs, I am currently using one for sensitive skin. You will make mistakes as a new user but don't give up and keep trying you will learn with time. Hope this helped

I use one of those candle warmers to warm my wax/keep it warm. If it gets a little hot I just take it off for a couple of mins. Only $5 @ Walmart.

I am going to assume you are not a licensed esthetician/cosmetologist because these are not the correct procedures to wax your eyebrows safely or get a clean eyebrow. (not that your eyebrows are bad,they are very beautiful). I must say as a beautician this is not bad for an amateur but you need to be careful what you are telling people and do your research because you have alot of viewers watching this! 1.) you never make sure its really hot, the wax consistency should not be too liquify and you can test it first by applying it behind your hand. 2.) that is very cute you used regular scissors! I am impressed. 3.) APPLY some astringent such as alcohol or witch hazel before your brow to get rid of the moisture especially being a latina myself we are oily and that wax will not stick on to our skin unless its clean and dry! 4.) make sure you are holding our skin tight during the wax and after you pull because pulling on saggy skin will cause irritation or possibly to rip off your skin because you are applying the wax on saggy skin that is hardening while capturing all your hairs..you can also apply aloe vera to help irritaton or redness afterwards. its calming for the skin :) 5.) it is totally okay to put wax on hairs you just need to know what your doing and be confident and practice! i suggest you watch videos to get tips and to improve your waxing brow skills because you are very good. 6.) please hunny never apply over the same area so many times!! you will rip the skin and irritate it. only trying to help you become better. very beautiful girl and beautiful brows, i want you to take care of that skin around your eye! :)

You have beautiful brows and you did a great job ;) With that said, you should: -never double dip! unsanitary.(buy box of coffee stir sticks..super cheap) -wax should never be super hot!( have dial on 3-4 out of possible 10 being hottest) If too hot can burn skin and if you have to blow on it (unsanitary) before applying it.IT'S TOO HOT! -Never wax area more than once..can and will lift your skin off resulting in a scab and possible scar -only rub twice before pulling strip. Gigi Wax and Gigi Muslim strips are the best, you can buy them at Sallys. Make sure you get the wax warmer, you will need it to heat up the wax.

Don't know if it's been said yet, but if you want cheap strips, go to walmart and find fabric like that of a rough pillow case. You can get a yard of fabric for anywhere from $1 to $5. Don't forget to shop the clearance section!

Best advice before waxing your eyebrows, is to measure those lines. On each side. It’ll make things much easier. And to stay 1,2 strings of hair away from your actual eyebrows 😊 just so it doesnt get caught in unwanted pieces.

you are allergic to the wax. What kind did you use? You should try using one for sensitive skin. Like the Suddenly smooth pink wax. And apply a base first, baby powder, it creates a layer between your skin and the wax so the wax never goes directly on your skin. These tips have helped me and now i never break out after waxing.

Apply layer of powder to your skin before applying wax. You want the wax to stick to your hair and not to your skin. When you wax off the skin you will get more redness then necessary and risk ripping your skin off which will lead to scabs.

You don't have to pre cut the strip. As long as you put the wax where it need to good you can have a full strip

You apply the wax against the fair, and you take the wax of with the hair. It's an easier process and also if you do it they way she applied the wax it could damage the hair follicle and it's more painful and there's a higher chance of redness and bruising.

If the wax has a water kind of consistency then its too hot, so make sure you blow on it before you apply it on any part of your body.

My problem with this is that the areas she isn't waxing areas that need to be waxed. Her eyebrows are already shaped nicely. This is like when razor companies show off their razors by shaving a hairless leg.

I'm showing a technique on how I do my own brows and yes I do have hair on the area that I'm applying the wax because If I didn't it will be pointless to apply wax there, A lot of people make the mistake to apply the wax straight on the hair and they end up with bold spots so I hope this will help people that make those mistakes.
