I recently reshaped the combustion chamber in my 79cc predator and the amount of torque easily doubled. Next part I'm going to reshape will be the cam shaft. The goal is to atleast triple the power output of my scooter engine or blow it up trying. Good to see I'm not the only one going extreme thanks for the vid.

Yea .. it’s going to be the #1 site for high performance predator / clone builds .. big and small block .. from my heads / my cams to custom Paul’s karts valve train , working with manufacturers to revolutionize the industry with better parts .. like 32/28 seats that don’t touch ! Custom valves , and I just bought a CNC mill .. anyone want to see Paul’s karts rods ? Side covers ? Valve covers ! Imagine how cool these engines will be ! Just wait ! Next year or so will be the future of karting and mini bike power and customization ... thanks for the support , the like , and the comment ! ... always proud to help ! ... Paul

Ill be buying a head from you soon. Just gotta get past spending the coin on a good race head for a weekend toy lol. I currently have a Pred 212 with 32deg flywheel, .265 cam, billet rod. Light porting i did my self, 26mm carb tuned. Runs great but i really feel a bump in compression and bigger valves to go with that carb would make all the difference. Im almost convinced. Great work man

@Paul's karts I have a set of tecumseh V-twin aluminum heads and the chambers are quite a bit WIDER than the cylinder is and i need the chambers filled in on the outside edges of both valves so that the chamber isnt overlapping the bore. I'll probably also offset drill the head bolt holes a little so the intake valve can be less shrouded and the exhaust more shrouded. If i can't find someone local to do this for me, would you be willing to fill those outside shroud edges with weld for me and if so, what would you charge to do this? i can do the shaping of the chambers myself once its filled. If you do this for me, what would you charge to also shave the heads down afterward about .120"-.150? I'm in Georgia so i'd probably have to ship them to you.

@@paulskartslifan4206 i actually just found and bought a set of VTX 691 heads (mines a TVT691) that they corrected that overlapping chamber issue on... intake valve is a tiny bit smaller, but the other one would have been right against the wall anyways after the correction. We'll see how they look when they look here and I'll hollar if i need your help with anything. Thanks brother

What kind of HP gain is that head going to give you? What stage of upgrade is the minimum you need to do to the rest of the motor? I am pretty new into karting but love all the mods that can be done to these small engines. Also have a lot of respect for the knowledge you are passing on with your videos. Thank you for taking the time to educate us new people to the sport

If you’re talking about a site item. It has welded chamber and depending on item has big seats installed. Chamber is shaped and head is milled. Site item is not ported .. but this is very similar.

Do you have to take the valve seats out before sending?
@paulskartslifan42063 жыл бұрын
That’s nice of you to ask but it’s prob easier for us to do it. If you cut to deep you can damage the counterbore behind the seat. It’s an easy enough part of seat replacement for us that we don’t ask for this to be done before sending in a head that’s getting seats. But thoughtful of you to ask. 😊

@@paulskartslifan4206 do you think it would be possible to weld up the combustion chamber and then reserface. The pistons are dished on Fords so you can't mill them alot. I'm aiming for 12:1. You might be able to add to business welding tighter pockets on Ford heads. V6 and v8s.
