@paulskartslifan4206 I just tried going to the website to find some details, but its down. Is this thing based on a 212/GX200 clone?! I need it in my life 💯 For the intake tube- could your guy do a version with an injector bung, and possibly a flange for a throttle body instead of the slip-over hose clamp connection? I'd want to run something like this on EFI that has a wideband and EGT sensor support, for closed-loop fuel control at wide open throttle... Plus I'm confident I could use one of my spare Smartcoils and take advantage of full ignition control... I'm already drooling at how this thing would sound with a quality stepped header with a properly sized Helmholtz resonator to increase scavenging 😍😍😍... Could also run a small crankcase vacuum pump, or just an exhaust venturi for the PCV.

@@irepairofpc31familykartrac51 🤣 they def have the potential to be that. Def wouldn’t trust any other company that ends up coming out with this setup. Took 2 years R&D to make them right. And they are fast ! Have a bunch out there so far and besides completely flattening out the rod bearing on the back side of the rod hitting that power stroke. That customer got half a season out of it before even a a rod bearing needed to be replaced. He has been running it now for over a year. Granted flattening rod bearings is “ just awesome” lol just the power it takes to do that is so cool.. But with the correct maintenance done knowing it’s an engine of this caliber. It’s expected with high performance race engines. the welded spine (only way I sell them) they hold together quite better than one might think. Even me lol. Once we figured out the setup and how to run the bottom end components and build them balanced and reinforced they are quite the ticket. And yea there so fucking pretty ! You def see it like me. Isn’t that just the best sound. The exhaust of a fresh built race engine you just finished building. Music to my ears. 🤟

@@paulskartslifan4206 yeah it's crazy I just always assumed they couldn't handle so much power. I'm sure you have to replace the aluminum rods right? Do you need to beef up the crank shafts or do they hold up? I figured you'd be snapping crank shafts and cracking blocks etc with that much more power. I guess that probably depends on what engine your starting out with. I find it fascinating though you can do this with engines made for yard work.
@paulskartslifan4206Ай бұрын
@@Trumplican the rods seem to hold it for now. It would need more time on the ones I have out there to know what goes first. Cranks are the special alloy billet that I only use so they seem to also hold up “ again we need more time to see what fails first” I have had some pictures sent to me of rod bearings squished flat which means those need to be replaced often. But it is cool to see what these things are capable of. Oh and always a welded block.
