Awesome video! Is it better to learn with seat down first? Ive been practicing with my seat way up but seems a bit more twitchy? Is it less twitchy (front to rear) with the seat lower?

Thanks🙌🏻 yes definitely drop the seat. Enables you to balance easier from side to side and use your knees to counter balance. High seat is much more difficult.
