Thank you very much for the video; this was exactly what I needed because the other "generic" wheel replacement videos I watched were easier. Thought I had to go in from the front and remove a clip from the pivot pin, but no, on this design, you have to do much more. Remove the rear cover, unbolt the wheel carriage at all corners and slide it rearward, lift the fridge chassis from the side to expose the side of the wheel carriage so you can pop the pivot pin out after you remove the grill, swap the wheel parts and reassemble. This has got to set a design record for the least serviceable common replacement part. It is hard to portray with video just how little room there is to reach and fit the parts, and if you're like me with a normal install that happens to be in a corner a few feet from some stairs (garage fridge) rather than a photo studio as big as a warehouse, the repair gets that much harder. Luckily, I have twelve elbows and three wrists and my head rotates like an owl's atop a neck that's 48 inches long, so it wasn't that hard.

Great video, very helpful,a nd I bought my parts through you, thanks super fast shiping! My only tip on this video is to use a board of similar dimensions to theirs, I used a 2x4 on it's side but cannot tell someone to do it that way. I first tied a smaller board, about a 2x4 on it's short side, and that does not lift it enough. Lifting it higher, maybe a 4x4 if that's what they have, is ideal for getting the rollers in and out.

Only issue I had was where the flange on the lower side of the rear cardboard cover went. It wanted to fold under the cover, but it looks like it goes partially under the cabinet and up through a slot, at least that’s how I mounted it.

Thank you for posting this. Without the tricks you showed in this video would be very hard to guess how the front roller has to be removed, especially when you cannot find a Manual for it. In the plastic grill at the bottom, there some info and schematics, but nothing on the roller. On another hand, to have these rollers desingrating it pretty lame for Whirlpool, I expected better. As for the design (forcing this kind of replacement procedure) is the most retarded one I ever encountered in my life.
