How to win an FTL run! Stealth B, no pause, hard mode edition!

OMG, we got the Double Glaive Beam combo again! This time, on hard mode, no pause, although we didn't get a weapon pre-igniter this time, sadly. Just played this ship and got a weapon preigniter on my frist fight, and then a flak 2 in my first shop, had it fully powered by sector 3, pretty stupid.

Hey just curious but when your on the last stand sector I have had plays where I ftl’d all around the base coordinate and they stayed blue cause I patrolled them then when I was in boss fight there were grey(federation) and orange(rebel) ships fighting each other with abs. When I did my osprey playthrough after ward the rebels kept capturing the coordinates and there were only rebel ships attacking me. Does capturing and holding the places around the base give you supporting fire power in the boss fight?

Zachary, the other beacons in the final sector (sector 8) randomly get taken over by the rebels each jump you make. Jumping to a beacon before it gets taken over often results in a regular fight with scrap rewards. Jumping to a beacon already taken over by the rebels is the same as diving or being "caught" by the rebels in earlier sectors...you get a fight, but no scrap rewards. There's no way to get supporting fire power in the boss fight (outside of playing with mods). Hope that helps!

Ad revenue is a small part of my streaming income, but it definitely exists. The ad settings on KZbin are something I set (I always set it to skippable ads because I never want to FORCE people to watch ads for my content), so watching them does support the channel.

What mods are you running?

The 2 main mods I run are "Extended Pursuit Indicator" for the fleet pursuit lines on the map and "Better Planets and Backgrounds" for the prettier space scenes in the back. I have a few other flavor mods, like the "Dumbledoge" mod for when shots miss and a music mod, but those first 2 are the main ones that can affect gameplay.
