Data miners have found that the decision on what you win is made as soon as spawn on the casino floor. The spin timing is irrelevant. You just need to give it a try and close your application if you’re not going to get what you want. On average you should get the car within 10 spins.

It is random. But let's say you can do legit Cayo (if cool down is neglected for the sake of time comparison). And this is a vehicle you desperately need. Then the "wasted" non-guarantee might be worth it for some. Many claim this is random. And that the wheel will hit the same randomly drawn spot regardless of the spin method chosen. It is great to have a unexplainable thing to base KZbin videos on for many youtubers. I have had mixed luck with all the methods on KZbin. The only more solid method is to stay away from the game, so that the "away from timer" triggers. I have probably won 5 cars this way on the first spin. Returned to the game after 1-5 weeks. Of course R* wants to hook you back into the game

You're supposed to close the game before the wheel stops spinning. The autosave triggers when you land on a prize. Hope this helps.

Of course it won’t sell for that it’s free it will sell for 0 just like any other free vehicle or it vwill sell for the amount of upgrades you put on it , but I wish they did sell for what they cost but rockstar won’t allow us easy money , they make you grind for it..
