Listen to this, then pick up the book and read it, then hand write the notes in your own booklet, then go out in the world and apply, then re-read your booklet whenever you got a chance to refresh the ideas in your head. I find this method a great method for me to learn the best. I recommend technique to whoever that finds it appealing. It works for me nicely. Thank you Joseph for your priceless content!

At first, I was like do I need to read the whole book or not because I feel so guilty because being a leader is not an easy job, I encounter different behaviors that aren't easy to handle. I'm not perfect, and I made a lot of mistakes so what I did, I stop reading for minutes I wrote down the things I remembered that I must change. It's like a reflection guide book!
