PART FOUR: How to Change People Without Giving Offense
PRINCIPLE 1 - Begin with praise and honest appreciation.
PRINCIPLE 2 - Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly.
PRINCIPLE 3 - Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.
PRINCIPLE 4 - Ask questions instead of giving direct orders.
PRINCIPLE 5 - Let the other person save face.

Listen to this, then pick up the book and read it, then hand write the notes in your own booklet, then go out in the world and apply, then re-read your booklet whenever you got a chance to refresh the ideas in your head. At first, I was like do I need to read the whole book or not because I feel so guilty because being a leader is not an easy job, I encounter different behaviors that aren't easy to handle. I'm not perfect, and I made a lot of mistakes so what I did, I stop reading for minutes I wrote down the things I remembered that I must change. It's like a reflection guide book!
