I have never noticed those 4 dots around the A in air domination before - thanks for the heads up! One point regarding airfield domination: you don't have to extend your landing gear to capture an airfield - most of the the time you of course want to do precicely that, but in the case that your aircraft has sustained major damage and can do no more, it makes sense to "sacrifice" it by belly-landing on the enemy airfield, thus capturing it.

Not mentioned is to pay attention to the scoreboard, and go after players who are hard focused on the objective. In the chaos of arcade, often just one or two players doing this can carry a match by themselves, so if you can stop them, you can turn the tide.

I play exclusively reserve tier for the massive dogfights and the chaos of many new players just playing the game. And, the aircraft are a lot more survivable because most planes have rifle calibers. The best feeling is throwing on the warthunder Playlist and just getting lost in the flow of the dogfight and top fragging 24 kills. Coordinating over comes kills the flow. I'm trying to replicate mission 11 of Project Wingman every game, not win win win with 3 objective kills. 😊

It's funny hearing people complain about arcade being too casual. Like I'm trying to have fun, and arcade gets you into the action pretty quick. Respawns and decent SL generation makes it pretty accessible for everybody.

Very well made video friend. You managed to condense all of the points I used to discuss in my own vids into 10 mins which is very impressive, job well done. I would however like to hear your own thoughts on what keeps you playing the game? I personally stopped playing after achieving 90%+ win ratios with my squadron as there was nothing left for me to improve or gain. At the end of the day it was my observation that the current culture in Air Arcade is to forget about winning and just grind SL for no reason other than to spend on top teir jets. Due to lack of any proper organised resistance or competition it just got boring as hell. That and the lack of any facilitated organised competitve play in Warthunder Air Arcade. I did try on several occasions to try 'rig' the matchmaker by selcting specific servers and BR's and timing it with the timezones of other squadrons that I knew who also played to win, but in almsot all those cases there were major factors that hindered any worhthile attempt at a truly fair competitive fight.

Thank you! That is a great question. There are a few things that have kept me playing War Thunder. I think the main reason is because I found a really good group of players that I fly with regularly who are just a lot of fun to hang out with on voice comms. Another reason is that some time over the last couple of years I became much better at dogfighting and really enjoy the furball situations that occur in arcade. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can win a 1 v 3 or similar outnumbered situation. I hate losing matches, but it is about more than win rate for me now. Finally, it is my KZbin channel. My subscribers are very supportive and have helped build a friendly and positive community. It would be great to fly with you anytime if you feel the urge to come back and play. I already play the various maps as you described, and I definitely have a balanced lineup in my 10 hangars. The one thing I do not do since I'm a rogue player is communicate via radio to other players. I'm a solo player that is not affiliated with any squad group. I've been that way for the 11 years I've been playing War Thunder. However, I do watch what my teammates are doing and going for, especially when I'm in a bomber. When I see a teammate is going for a certain base -- his path leads to it, or he is working on it -- I will go for a different base. This has been really affective. Also, once all bases are taken down (I can go a whole mission sometimes without ever being taken down -- high altitude) I will immediately use my bomber to take out ground targets. That is the fastest way to win the battle in a bomber. Taking out the main base takes too much time if the battle is close. Anyway, nice to affirm that my play style is the best for winning missions. If I weren't such a loner I would belong to a squad and do the comm thing. I prefer my indepence but I try to be very aware of what my teammates are going for so that I can add to our success of winning. :)

Actually about frontline maps, bases ddo NOT count towards winning. Only ground targets that are flashing. The tickets start to drop when all ground units once the last flashing target is destroyed

Dude everytime i play air i always get destroyed after 1 kill, because everytime i stay on the tail of an enemy and i start wining the altercation, my teamates ignore everyone else just to try and steal the kill... Hey man! I got a question. So while I was switching planes because I unlocked the A-36, I moved my B-34 to a new crew and all of a sudden no crew can operate the B-34. Why? What the heck happened? I need my bomber back 😢

The B-34 should work with any crew. The only difference is maybe you don't have enough points in Number of Experienced Gunners which would make your bomber's turret gunners much less effective

can someone pls help me? For some reason it feels like my guns just aren’t doing anything. I’m very new to the game, trying to grind the German tree and I play air arcade a lot, but whenever I get my crosshair directly in the enemy’s leading circle and shoot, it just does nothing. the lead indicator is more of a guideline. Rarely does shooting directly at it do much damage. Try shooting out ahead of the indicator then move your cursor slowly towards the plane

They are boring, you spend 10 minutes flying, get killed by a tryhard and it is the end. Even if you win against your opponent, you will be short on ammo, have a water or a oil leak that will ruin the rest of the game or there will be a bomber crusing at 500km/h at 10km of altitude, making it impossible to reach (and destroy)
