A druid who knows what they're doing is NEVER worth fighting. You cannot win against a druid who doesn't drastically screw up. They're a better fighter/barb when in bear form, their panther form cut-throats people better than the rogue's cut-throat ability, they're a better healer than clerics or warlocks, and they always have a get out of jail free card with their rat form and dreamwalk perk. Aside from having almost no options for ranged attacks, they're a jack of all trades, but instead of being a "master of none" as they should be, they're better at most things. I know that everyone has classes that they believe are OP and hate fighting against, but I have yet to hear anyone say anything good about fighting a druid. They 100% need to be reworked and balanced in the form of some nerfs.
