Very “Treecky” win! Fun to watch! I am casually using these kind of tactics. I just don’t have time to keep track and analyze data. It make the game a little more fun because you are playing and inventing as you go. So you feel more involved, not just going through win “motions”.

I suppose so, I see myself as an intuitive player in Catan. I must admit, I don't track my own wins/results either. King of Catan has systems that does this semi-automatically. I agree with you on the feeling involved part, like every game is different playing intuitively.

@Antonio, if you want to play a port-strategy it's best to place on the 3-hex spot near the 2:1 port and build with your third settlement (the first settlement after the two initial placements) on the 2:1 port.
