To be fair, there *are* things that can burn with low oxygen or no oxygen. Magnesium can burn underwater, though scientifically speaking there is still some oxygen in water - it's just bonded to the hydrogen and thus a tad more stable. Unless you live in Michigan, you can't actively set fire to water and watch it burn. That, or whatever caused the fire in the first place is using something that hyperoxygenates or hyperoxidates whatever it's burning, thus either filling the area with burnable oxygen or turning whatever it's burning into oxygen.

That's the genius of having the escorts to create a target rich environment, they take one for Democracy and the resulting clouds of scrap will make it even harder to acquire a target lock on the carrier. INGENIOUS strat from the Ministry of Super Earth. Even better when you put suspected dissenters to managed Democracy into those escorts to prove their loyalty in the face of death.

The Super Carrier could reduce Eagle rearmament times, as well as cooldowns for stratagems that involve a Pelican (such as the mech). Awesome work!

As it's a carrier, you could imagine gaining access to a special stratagem allowing us to call patrols of 2 (or 3 ?) eagles in formation, with specific loadouts to covering a largeur zone... Some kind of super ability for all divers on said planet, After we sucessfully complètes a major order.

@@falloutfart9917 the thing about having PVJ is tha,t you can propose something like an entire wing of 500KG bombs and it would be actually sound reasonable. Regarding Carrier bonus, I think having more runs per rearm and lesser cooldown would be an option, or maybe unlocking a unique carrier base fighter like a Sky Pirate with unique strategems. I think having a war bond of multiple starship classes will push the game to next level since not only you can choose your weapons, armor and stratagems but also the fleets and bonuses for the mission, I also imagine something like a factory cruiser that reduce cooldown on turrents or a munitions ships that allow you to deploy multiple support weapons or maybe make the Mech not limited but having a cooldown instead, considering vehicles confirm a production type cruiser that has the vehicles on cooldown instead of limited.

To fellow Helldivers, Extraction ship Pilican air support is available! So for those that dont know this. When you call the extraction, you can leave the zone in the couple of seconds where the Pelican is coming for a landing. If you do that the Pelican will stay hovering above the extraction and shoot with it's nose turret everything in sight. It's incredibly powerful and can clear completely overrun LZs in a matter of seconds. Please pass on this important message to all helldivers for the sake of maximum democracy. I imagine a broken arrow event, wherein the super carrier drops in and the missions are radically altered. 8 player drops, no time limit, liberation is tied to enemies killed instead of xp earned. Objective: survive. Minimum difficulty 7, but the carrier provides unlimited eagle airstrikes, no rearm time because they have enough eagles to rotate them out as they go to rearm.
