This reminds me of an internship I did. I calibrated a bunch of devices, including multimeters with thermocouple capabilities. Even though I learned a lot, it was the most boring job you could imagine 😂.

Can I use the K type Thermocouple inside the refrigerator to measure the Temperature?

Hi there. Thanks for your question. You could indeed use a Type K TC in a fridge but it would be challenging to control the temperature. The change in voltage per degree of temperature is very tiny. Most refrigeration units use thermistors to measure and control the temperature as the control range is quite small. Thermistors are notoriously non-linear but tolerable over small ranges.
