@9:44 I think the Profinet cable should go to the PLC controller, not the PLC AI module. What do you think Realpars?

I think the Profinet label should be on the light blue cable. The wiring between the T/C and the remote I/O module as being a thermocouple wire connection to the remote I/O module. The generic remote I/O module shown in the video contains a "head" module which would be connected to the PLC via Profinet, but you ar4e correct, it should connect to the CPU instead of the Analog Input card. How long should the probe be? And does this affect the result

If a thermocouple is used to measure temperature in a pipe, the thermowell/thermocouple tip should measure the temperature near the center of the pipe. For a tank, the tip of the thermocouple should be 4" - 8" from the tank wall and fully submersed in the liquid, typically near the bottom of the tank. If the thermocouple is too close to the pipe wall or tank wall, the thermocouple may not be measuring an area with representative, well-mixed fluid.

Bro i need thermo couple for my oven accuracy i need +_2 i have j type with fuji controller but it gives 12 degree diffrence when it reaches 150 i want accuracy i have nee thermocouple wire and controller still this problem happened dont know what to do
