Good explanation ,mam plzzz yeh bhi bta dy k dna concentration dilution when nanodrop value of DNA is more for e.g 1554 ,1343 etc how can we dilute these DNA con in ng/ul , make the recepie of pcr with different conteration of DNA how can we make receipe and add how much amount of cocktails. Plzzzz One of you colleague told about dna quantification ,how can she used 1000 and multiple dna nanodrop con by 1000 I can't understand. Plzzz explain it I am waiting for your reply
