for a spasticity grade of 3, what is the recommended splint in general? do u even prescribe at all for sucha grade? Thanks!

With that much spasticity, I’d recommend a soft, bendable style splint. Something that you can really modify to fit where they are at already and just apply a little support positioning. Get one that allows the wrist to stay in some amount of flexion so that the fingers can be easily extended. Hope that helps.
