Ues, I batch my blog posts. I do the calendar, then the SEO, then the posts, and finally the graphics and links. It's a lifesaver to do it in batching mode.

I always outline my blog posts before I start writing. I spend WAY more time outlining so that when it comes to writing it goes so fast. Sometimes, I'll put links in the outline, too so I don't have to track them down later.
