Great video! May I ask: should we mention the reason of our career gap in our cover letter? I have a 2 year career gap since my last position but I followed a requalification program as well as an apprenticeship for unemployed people this year (still unsure how to list them on my CV). I had to be a caretaker and also needed myself double surgery this year and I feel awkward talking about it although at the end I recovered without the double surgery.. Online I read that I should briefly mention that it was for personal or health reasons and if I dont, then they wont trust me. Is this the case?
