There is no need to write notes, unless your exam demands it and has alloted marks for notes. Do check with your teacher or Board.

Hello madam..how to approach a question which asks to write a report on a programme you have organised at your institute..they are specifically mentioning that I have organised it. For Example 1) Write a report on a programme you organised on the theme " Renewable energy sources are the need of the hour" How can one begin mam? Can we start by saying An event to raise the awareness regarding renewable energy sources was conducted by ME at my institute on xxxxx. It was conducted in collaboration with an environmental NGO. The programme was attended by renowned environmental activists in the city who managed to contribute their valuable time to the event. Intensive canvassing was done prior to the event to make sure that students would turn out in big number and make the programme successful. The key note address was delivered by the NGO director xxxx. He elaborated upon our present mix of energy usage and impressed upon participants over our dependency on thermal based sources. Further the environmental ills associated with such mix and long term impacts were summarised. After this participants were engaged in a quiz competition to further their interest on the issue. Then, certain case studies were presented by the environmental activists on how the usage of renewable sources have reduced the pollution in xxxx state. Then the problems associated in scaling up the renewable sources were highlighted. The gaps in research and future technological requirements to scale up the renewable energy utilisation were explained. At the end, vote of thanks was proposed by the principal of the institute which concluded the event. The participants were left enthused as they found the programme very informative and some of them expressed their interest in participating in more such events in the future

West Bengal. You will report the Delhi accident. Oftentimes, this does not arise, as papers take the news from their Delhi bureau or PTI. The chances of you sitting in WB and reporting on Delhi local incidents is remote.

Mam we have to write 3to4 para or we can write 2 paragraphs

For a report 2 paragraphs is enough. 3 paragraphs would be comfortable. It should not be too long but it must contain all the answers to wh- and how questions very briefly in a few lines, main points of events/discussion, and conclude with suggestions or action to take it forward.
