I was so unlucky! I missed one of your extremely important videos about writing in which you mentioned how essential to read the question well in order to tackle every part of it. Thus, I have got only 6 in writing instead of 8 because I did not discuss both opinions. It looks like an open ended question. You can do one of 2 things...1. Agree that it is a positive development or agree that it is a negative development. Then you argue the choice you have made. 2. Show the negative side and the positive side and close off your essay with whichever one you agree with the most.
