How to Write Fiction 10: Action and Suspense

I love writing emotion-focused, _psychological_ suspense, and I've long watched and read Alfred Hitchcock's own insights on how to do it well. _Physical_ action sequences I'm not NEARLY as good at, especially if it's "supposed" to be a longer sequence. I'm more at home with keeping the physical fights short and sweet, and keeping the conflicts and suspense psychological.
