That is the most beautiful and perfect writing. I will begin to write my letter R and my letter Ya (reverse R) the same way. I have trouble writing the Omega letter, and I noticed even yours wasn't absolutely perfect. Very close to perfect, but not absolutely perfect. Is it because it's impossible to write it perfectly on a consistent basis? I've had it turn out perfectly before, but I have trouble replicating it. The Cyrillic letter D presents me with a lot of problems, too. I wind up with it looking like a letter A all the time. I have a way of writing it that I think looks really nice, but I was informed that Russians wouldn't write it that way. I use the bracket at the bottom, and I top it with a square "head" instead of a triangle point, but I let the left side sort of tilt inwards making the top narrower than it would be if it were just a square, but I let the right side stand perfectly straight but slightly left of the bottom bracket. It looks closer to the printed letter, but most people write it with a pointed top like a triangle. I love calligraphy so much. I'm not very good with flourishes, but I am actually quite good at cursive writing, even in Russian. I've always been a fan of alphabets and different writing systems since I was a young child. I've even invented my own alphabet that I still use to this day. I haven't studied or written Greek in such a long time. It's been over ten years, but this video has inspired me to take another look at the language. Calligraphy is such a meditative practice, or at least it can be. The best calligraphy is made while fully present and calm. When it's rushed, it shows. I have trouble with wanting to rush through, but I try to do mindfulness practice while writing to combat that. Sorry for such a long comment. I type really fast, probably faster than I speak, so I end up saying a lot in the comments. I hope that you don't mind.

its not correct to say "cyrillic alphabet"... in this case, because many countries have a different version of the cyrillic alphabet..... in this video, the russian variation was used but ukraine, bulgaria, belarus, serbia, montenegro, mongolia, kyrgystan, tyva republic, etc.... many different places have their own variations... its better to be specific... like "russian alphabet", "bulgarian alphabet" etc... same goes for latin.... croatian, icelandic, turkish and spanish use different variations of the latin characters, so its better to be specific so one will know which version to expect ^^ anyway, i love the videos of your channel))) greeeat work and beautiful calligraphy)))

That is the generalized Cyrillic Alphabet. If we want to be specific, you could say the same thing about the Latin Alphabet: Do Ñ and ß cross your mind?

For the latin alphabet, saying it's the Latin Alphabet is correct because Ancient Rome used this alphabet, because they spoke Latin. So it's the Latin Alphabet. Then once that language died out, all the romance languages where created.
