Hi, I'm new to this channel, just landed on your video. Many people posted on KZbin that we must add our professional photo on CV specially for UAE, otherwise ATS or HR will never entertain CV. Please clarify. Thankyou

It’s not a must , but you can add, I added the picture in my CV. Because anyway if you are shortlisted for interview , they will request for further documents and details.

I really want ask u something.. do we really need to add photo on resume? Cz as per my knowledge we dont need to but is it necessary?

It is good to add make sure it’s not highlighted. Just a small size photo is ok. And it has to be extremely professional. Because sometimes employers ask to share passport size photo separately with other documents as well.
