Hi, thanks for completing the forms on line it was very helpful. Just a few questions - where do I get a pdf copy of the form to download and print? I heard it needs to be on a green paper with certain dimensions, can it be ona A4 size paper? regards the nomination form if there are 2 owners with 2 nominee - can one form be filled by 1 owner nominating the other owner and the nominees ? what will be the percenatge here? thanks

Hello, If you are from Mumbai, you will get this nomination forms in Anupam Stationary or Bapuji stationary. It takes only Rs. 20 or 25 per set. If you are 2 joint owners in one flat, better to fill up separate forms. 2 joint owners means 50% ownership by each one. So you may fill up the ratio based on this. You are the owner of 50% shares only, so divide this accordingly.

@@Iqrakhan0602Bye Laws No. 19 (a) (iv) need to submit as undertaking to use of flat. This cannot be filled up. You have to add the information of Purchaser and take it printout on the stamp paper. Hope your legal advisor has informed same to you.
