i love how the cordless does that, all other cordless should done the same, saves me messing around to get standard fitted back on. i dont zero gap any of my clippers otherwise it wouldnt be proper zero or 0.5. if i want more than zero off then i use my wahl balding for that or my mini trimmers. zero gapping are for suckers

zero gapping helps you blend from the trimmers into the clippers

thanks for the tip on changing the screws what a great idea . That was the only draw back i thought with these clippers and i was very disappointed i couldnt zero gap them . i only found your vid as i just made a review vid about them and as i watched mine your vid was down the side . I didnt have any spare screws so i swapped them from my chrome taper 2000. Funny thing is the taper 2000 still zero gaps with the cordless screws in. I dont think ill be going back to corded now anyway as these are great clippers, cheers steve

I bought a shitty pair of wahl clippers for like £5 just for the screws, that's why Wahl replaced the screws on the ST cordless so the consumer has to buy another clipper just for the screws lol.

Yea, I called wahl deutschland and they sent the screw for me and I got the zero gap on my cordless super taper.

I told them where I bought it and the model, they where very friendly. I told them my problem and they said they were not aware of it. Later I got the screws and wow it fits. I've spent money buying different screws to no avail. Just give it a try I will advice.

its the same size as the big brother. btw i just bought mine recently and the screws are already replaced.. so it comes without changing the screws.. mayb the new batch have all the screw replaced

Hi Haroon Khan, use the metal taper bracket from an old Wahl clipper.. if you've got one or buy a used Wahl clipper and use the parts. Or buy a new clipper!

DaMian The Barber hey man cheers for your response. It’s crazy that I cannot find a single bracket anywhere, nor from wahl, eBay or amazon. It’s ridiculous that I may need to throw these clippers away and they’re retailing at £120 now.
