I think the best thing is to open the hair clipper, to see if there is anything broken inside. If nothing has broken, you can reassemble it by tightening the screws.

Do you mean the movable blade or the fixed blade? Only the fixed blade is important to fit to insert the screws. The position of the other blade is not important. Watch again from 5:45

@@dimitriskarolidis3339 the color of the plastic is not important, it differs from one model to another. that plastic is fixed on a metal part. If it moves, the plastic may have loosened. you can try to glue it with a little superglue or change it. it must be well fixed because it is driven by the motor and moves the blades.

Where can I get this "sponge" you took out at 0:25, my super taper is very old and when i opened it up to clean it, the "sponge" disintegrated. Good video!

Hi! If you don't find it on Amazon or other hair's clippers stores you can make it by your own, from a little pieces of sponge. This part only blocks the hair to get inside the clipper.

For everyone who is wondering what this sponge is...it is a dust filter probably a 60 ppi dust filter. Search on aliexpress or Amazon for 60 ppi dust filter and buy one with the adequate thickness (probably 3mm).

The hair clipper has adjustable blades, but you can replace them with other blades which have shorter cuts. Ours blades are normal type.

Hello! I think you can only clean the blades with wd40. There are circuits inside and I think it would be harmful. After vacuuming the hair from the hair clipper, you can clean it with a cloth soaked in sanitary alcohol, which after evaporation leaves no traces. Why do you want to use wd40 inside? Is it rust?

I don't want to promote this hair clipper, but it's very good. We have had it for more than 10 years and it still works very well. I didn't change anything about it, I just cleaned it and oiled the blades. I don't know what other models are like, but this one is very good. Before I bought Wahl Super Taper, I had other hair clippers and they broke down quickly.

Hello! did you mount the blades correctly? the bottom blade may be too high or the top blade may be too tight. Does the size adjustment lever work or is it stuck?

if the blades are overlapping each other and move without problems but still do not cut, they most likely need to be changed.
