around 2:50 you say you can't find modded units in Zeus while you can find them in the Eden editor, I believe this is because of an option in the zeus module. At "Default Addons" you want to select "All Addons (Including unofficial ones)". (:

John Morris just placed down Zeus game master and double click on it then scroll down to System Specific then change where it says Default Addons to all addons including unofficial ones.

Well, you gotta have Zeus open on your character that you can use it, otherwise I got no clue, it works for me, sorry man.

I hate this as well. It drives me insane actually and youtube is sadly full of it. A tutorial needs to assume the person watching knows well nothing, or at least the very minimum. Skipping steps or just glossing over things makes it not a tutorial.

Nice video! Can you do a more advanced tutorial next? :) I newer quite get the hang of how to set ut a multiplayer scenario with zeus. Adding playable characters, respawn and loadout, in-game group/squad management and so on. That would be awesome !

you could always spot them, bring them up in map, shift+click their location and spitball the distance from there and just adjust on the fly for elevation.

Btw, there is some cases to where just placing the ZEUS game master script doesnt actually allow the player to access ZEUS..to bypass this, when you place down the gamemaster, double click it and in the section that says Player/or/Name (first line on the last tab) simply type in #AdminLogged and save. that will do it

How do you add target markers for artillery to fire at? In one of your last Zeus videos, you pre sighted a hill top for your morters? and can this be linked to work for ai players, i.e if they spot a human team, and call in a morter strike etc?

Would you be willing to do a short vid on how to install Ares. I have installed many other mods but for some reason Ares in not cooperating. the Ares icon shows up on the main screen but it does not show up in Zeus. I am running only MCC, CBA3 and hopefully Ares. Great video.

Try opening Zeus with mcc and if that doesn't work try reinstallingl Ares.

I have tried that but still no Ares. Other than putting a @folder in the main Arma folder where else do I need to place Ares files, is probably what I like to know at this point.

Try going to the steam workshop and installing Ares from there. and then trying loading Arma up but make sure its loaded.

as I previously said at Jester's - pity some functions of Eden cannot be available at Zeus. Search through assets f.e. Or Custom compositions.

Is anyone else having the issue where the "Men" sections don't show up in Eden? I noticed that they are all there in this video, but the only way I was able to place any infantry was by going to the compositions and loading in whole groups instead of individuals.

The Bases you mean are propably added by the Ares mod.

Can someone help me out. In Luetins more recent zeus videos, I see ACE options in the game editor which I would like to get. One option in the beach assault video was placing intel on an ai. Yeah if you use the ares mod you can add objects in the certain distances like he showed in the video but what you do is just place that down near them and it will make a little red circle around them

they should show up after a few minutes. If not and you have the ARES mod you can go Utilities > Add objects to Zeus and it will add them.

up to you, the DLC gives you extra weapons vehicles to use but if you dont get it wont restrict you so your choice.

*I think* Why it doesn't show exactly where it is when you rotate an object in zeus is probably because. If you rotate an object, the server has to send this data to every player on the server so they can see the rotation of the object, which would probably make them lag. I have no idea but it sounds like that's why it is.
