Yeah it's true in the reality. But you are talking about ACC, where the max negative toe is the most profitable (at least in the cars I'm using). But we hope that the new tyre model will change that.

True, we base our tutorial on real life so that the tips are broadly correct, but sadly ACC has some quirks that don't make it work like real life

If I want to make the car easy to save from spinning, what should I do, change the toe or anti rollbar?

Try steering ratio for starters. This is a just a simple adjustment on how much the wheels turn compared to steering wheel. Lower values is more sensitive while larger values require more steering input. Adjust this first to see if a certain steering ration helps you react better to oversteer correction.
