I did what Tony Beets did but it was in the iron industry I worked seven days a week many times and I worked 40 years hard labor and then my back went out! Tony Beets I work hard so hard my back went out after 40 years of slavery! I never found one color of gold!

A lot of respect is due to Tony and Parker for their tenacity and work ethic. It's really nice seeing Tony realize his dreams after so many years of putting his nose to the grindstone.
@dustinscheller7795 Жыл бұрын
Parker alone is a get story, from what I heard he grew up pretty privileged an too still have that work ethic is rare

Those two really are legends. I love seeing and learning about their start. They are tough people but so genuine and honest.

It's men like Tony that built all the things that so many people take for granted today. Best line I've heard. " Don't sit around and whine about it, go do something about it" TB

I really respect Tony for giving credit to Todd Hoffman for trying, class act!!
@ia4687 Жыл бұрын
Tony knows how tough it is so he gave Todd respect for at least trying. Tony is a good man
@jimdent351 Жыл бұрын
He also gave credit to Todd for starting the show in this interview. I would see fans of the show absolutely criticize Todd for the way he operated, and they wished he was never part of the show. It goes to show how hate can be so utterly blind. I always liked Todd and if it wasn't for seeing their struggles, and how those struggles relate to the average person trying to get ahead, then the show probably would have never been such a success. Thank you Todd for your contribution to Gold Rush.

The idiot they found was Hoffman.
@jimdent351 Жыл бұрын
@@TBrl8 Cry all you like but Hoffman is Gold Rush. Without him there never would have been a show, and that's why he was also a producer. It was Todd Hoffman who went to Discovery and pitched his idea for a new reality show

Tony is offensive to most people because he tells it like he sees it and he gets things done. People don't like a winner.
My neighbor had a restaurant up in the Yukon for several years and knew the Beets. He said "What you see is exactly what you get on that show".

I remember the first time seeing Tony on gold rush. I was thinking this is the only guy with any common sense on the whole show. What a guy. Hats off to.. Tony Beets, HOW Ya DOIn!
@andrehunter1295Ай бұрын
Agree, he is a man that get things done. I can't stand so called man says that I have not done it before, so I can't do anything 🤔 That's not Men, that's why I love seeing Tony. He gets thing's done, it's a solution for everything. You do a mistake, so what. You get it done if you try again, not many people left that are able to survive on their own today if badly times happening.

As much as a hard ass Tony and Minnie are, they really are an amazing story of those who came from nothing and created and something magical together though forged by adversity and fire. Their passion, hard work, determination, ambition and most importantly their dedication to family made them the empire they have and they deserve all the success.
