These type of cup (and european) games when theres so few games left to get the trophy are the ones that rest on the players. Any team can win a cup but its up to the effort and desire of the players to get there. Hopefully the lads can dig deep and take this run to the final.

It is important we are really, really aggressive in the press and, most importantly, put Ugarte and (most-likely Mainoo) under as much pressure as possible when they have the ball. United are still a moments team. Having watched a lot of them under Amorim, they have serious problems in transition, they still look confused in build-up and their midfield still don't have the most mobility.

Nice Analysis Ben. Good opportunity for Spurs against a ManU trying to find their way; but also a good opp for ManU going against a Spurs team with squad depth challenges and plenty of question marks. Hopefully a case of Spurs getting a terrific start, then managing the game to face Liverpool on the weekend. 4 - 1 if Spurs bring their a-game. A victory grinded out by spurs is not something we associate with this team as yet.
