fell in love with this car, I got myself three brushed, brushless and the pro version. Then upgraded alluminum parts for the pro version man its a 10/10 car robust stable and quick! super recommended

I have one of these. I’ve tried to break it. Run it on 3s exclusively. I can’t. I can overheat it but that’s about it. Even play chicken with my buddy’s xmaxx. Unbreakable. Btw the gens ace 800mah 3s battery fits the tray perfectly.

tomley, i know you have both the 1/16th and the 1/18th scale 18859. are the diffs interchangeable from one to the other? having problems finding the 1/18 metal diffs, but plenty for the 1/16th.

The stock shocks that come with this are too unstable, can i fit wltoys 1/18 oil shocks on this which will lower it by 10mm thereabouts.

You can and indeed one of my cars has the 18th scale shocks on them but it rides kind of low I would suggest looking on bang good for the right size

does the esc have a voltage cutoff for lipo? can it be programmed?

This could probably use a bit larger pinion, I'd say 4 teeth up for the skatepark on 2s, or maybe if the esc handles it go 3s lipo as it is (driveshafts might not make it though.)

The 144001 is still my favourite, but this with oil shocks would be my choice over the A959B

@@bigb69ti my experience with the 144 has been horrible, broken front diffs to knuckles to servo issues. Some people had better luck. I'd go with the HBX and do the upgrades especially wheels and suspension.
