I think it'd also be cool to talk about how balcerd was part of the deal and he's now back on sharks. Like I said it might be too early just to make a video that doesn't end in like 5 mins, but considering the potential impacts the has on both the sharks and the sens future makes it very interesting. Not to mention how it originally looked like a fleece for San Jose with them making the finals, then the tables turning real quickly a year later. Idk I think there's some fun content to discuss there.

Dangle, you NEED to look at the Brendan Shanahan to St. Louis deal from the early 90's, the deal is CRAZY! It eventually leads to the St. Louis Blues drafting Jordan Binnington in 2011, it goes on that long and is technically still going. Plus, at least 4 or 5 future Hall of Famers trade hands at some points on the Hartford and Detroit side!

I am all for teams trading draft picks when it makes sense. Draft picks are unknown commodities. The team acquiring them could pick a guy who never plays.
