I don't think anyone will talk about Trippie Redd's music 10 years from now. Also when enough time passes, just like people nowadays discover old genres or music scenes from previous decades, people will rediscover 2010s rap music and people that never listened to it will be looking for rappers from that era and listen to them with a new perspective. There will be so many rappers to go through that only the most unique will standout, and almost none of them will be. Trippie Redd definitely won't be one of them because there's really been a ton of them and a lot of very interesting ones. Trippie Redd won't shine in any way and people that didn't grow up when these people were relatively famous won't even be aware that they should care about him. The music will be the only thing they'll care about and they won't notice anything special about Trippie. At best people will rediscover XXXTentacion and will listen to Fuck Love, but that will be like when you listen to some music from the 2000s and there's a featuring in some famous rapper's song and you just go "oh it's some random rapper from back then when everyone sounded like that". I think it’s not fun for him anymore. He literally lost everyone he came up with . Not even sure if he grieved fr. After awhile, shit gets overwhelming and nothing is the same. I think Trippie needs someone on his team like what DJ Esco is to Future. Just another person with a great ear for music (a DJ, producer, friend, etc.) to help with his song selection for albums. DJ Esco mentioned in a recent documentary that he does this for Future for some of his albums. He explained it like… artists who are constantly making music can sometimes forget the songs/verses they recorded 100 songs ago so he helps Future sort through that work and pull out the right stuff. Esco also mentioned how artists are emotionally attached to their work and sometimes need an unbiased ear to put songs together on an album that fans and other listeners would enjoy (clubs, commercials, radio, etc.) while still staying true to the artists vision.

Ive slowly watched trippies carrier go down hill and its really sad to see. He was one of my favorite artists back in the emo rap/soundcloud wave era and I still wanna say he is one of my favorites but its hard when hes not really putting in the effort he used to. Someone else said that its not fun for him anymore because all the people he came up with have passed away and he probably hasnt had time to grieve and I think thats def possible. As a newer fan, I really liked Saint Michael and more than half of Mansion Musik. I think he’s so versatile it’s hard to be in one genre or really build a good fan base. I was always torn on Trippy. Some songs I really like but him as a person not so much. With that being said, I think the realest Trippy was in this video was near the end when asked about his time during the SoundCloud days. Trippie will always be my favorite artist because of the classics he put out in the past, but I will admit that the quality of his music has been declining. He still has the power to make good music, but he keeps putting out mid songs. There's a song on Saint Michael called "Psychotic Lunatic" which was better than most of the songs on ALLTY5. I feel like he should be more focused on listening to his fans if he wants to sell those big numbers again. Also, emo rap has been dead for years so it's not going to hit anymore, especially since the ppl he usually collabed with aren't here anymore (RIP X & Juice)
