How Truck Tyres Are Given SECOND Life!? - Inside Michelin Remix Factory

Am so lucky to get a look around Michelin UK factory for Remix truck tyres in Stoke-on-Trent. Been a fan of Michelin tyres but as they are expensive, I tried the Remix tyres instead...then after talking with them, I was asked to go see how they are made.
Michelin uses the hot curing method to remake the tyres. It has lots of benefit over the cold way. This video shows you whole process from start to finish.
Love the idea of remixing tyre for a second life and I you basically get brand new tyre at the end but for less price. I will be buying Remix even more now I seen this and you should let me know thoughts after watching!

That was interesting, do they make the Encore range at Stoke alongside the Remix? As I understand, Remix use only Michelin casings and Encore can be any make.
