Another MAGA math genius. He operated at a loss from 2017 for the next two years of $35 million less than projected each year. From 2019 his revenue lowered even more to 60% less than projected and that continued till he sold in 2022. While his revenue was on average 50% less than projected for 5 years his fixed costs rent, salaries, utilities, etc. stayed relatively the same. From a rough estimate he needed to be making around $100 million a year to show a profit. He absolutely didn't. It wasn't a little loss as that was about $70 million for 2 years than more than a $105 million loss for the next 3 years. So just as again a rough estimate while he operated the hotel for the last 5 years he lost $200 million. As I asked the commenter below you is this a new MAGA's idiot math?
