train hard - train to failure, then learn to beat the impossible, by constantly making the training harder than the game. You train against faster fitter tougher people, in situations that seem impossible. The ones who step up and beat the impossible become better and good. this guy is good.

Fiesty (without the physical blows) is deep motivator... Some people get fouled hard and instead of picking a fist fight they score 10 points in a very short time!!!! Turning up the emotions with improved physical skills and not turning off the mind is get way to charge a team!!!!!! Example a time out huddle!!! Coaches do it all the time!!!!
