I told a lady I could never be with her because she's not considerate. She thinks even planning a date is a man's job or something. I was like huh 😬 😬....... I told her point blank, "you and I can never be because it's about knowing our schedules and complementing each other".

I am very lucky or fortunate my mom gave birth to boys first. As her second son and last boy, she thought me cooking like I was in the catering school. How to chop onions, tomatoes etc. She walked me through cooking of Jollof rice, steaming meat, etc... I actually make one of the nicest spices at home due to my love for meat protein 😅😊. I as well learnt a lot from my pastor's home. And that's been the ultimate for me. During the weekend, let's prepare all the stews, soups, sauce, etc and during the week anyone can just boil yam or rice and you're gone. My girlfriend teaches me a lot of recipes.... I remember when she taught me chicken-veges stairfry. The women should teach the men for they can only apply what they've been taught and sometimes they should learn to communicate too and not try too much to be superwomen, we need them alive 😊😊. Culture and upbringing really influences whether a man helps at home or not, but things have changes, both men and women work and bring bread to the table so it is only good to pitch in with house hold work
