It's a great skill, yes. I know a video editor who got paid the average yearly salary in his country and all he had to do was 1 video per week and he was still in college. If he had done this full time he could have made more money than that

It depends what kind of client you want to get. But nothing stops you from transitioning to web development if you want jobs that are easier to get

How do Upwork gets clients? Where do they find those people who needs to outsouorce things?

its more the other way around. clients who need to outsource things seek places where they can find people who can do the work, and Upwork used social media marketing and search engine marketing so that the businesses who search on the internet for that find them. In other words, upwork figured out where their ideal clients look for solutions to their problems and they put their "billboards" in those places where their ideal clients look.

@@bikonkumardas clients who need to outsource things search on google and youtube and sometimes get caught at the right time by facebook ads and linkedin ads or cold calls or emails or they ask their other entrepreneur friends for advice. There might be other places. Though the best method to reach your ideal customers depend on what you sell. What services or products do you offer?

@@sajan_kharat Thanks but Im a web developer myself. I appreciate the offer but I suggest that you reconsider who your target customers are and where are the places where you can reach them. For example, you can easily look for companies in your city on google maps and check if their website is bad or good and email the ones with bad websites to offer your services. Or you can use Upwork
