I don’t think so, they have already disqualified Trump from holding public office. It would be nice for Trump to be held accountable for his crimes, but I’m fine with them preventing him from becoming president. Keep in mind that although Trump did appoint three of them, Trump has also promised to replace all of them if he becomes president. They have just as much incentive as the rest of us to making sure that tyrant never becomes president. It’s not justice, but I am less stressed knowing that the U.S. won’t become a Venezuelan-like dictatorship. Worst case scenario is that Mike Johnson becomes president.

You’re mistaken about your statement too. I’ve spent 25 years studying political history because I wanted to know what I actually believed and not just what people told me to believe. Lots of official acts have been criminal. Immunity is only usable for a crime. You don’t need immunity when no crime is committed. Should a president or any politician not have the ability to be held accountable if they commit a crime? No matter the party I have always been upset when a president gets away with criminal acts of which there’s many by both parties. Obama drone killed many civilians. I’d like him to be held accountable. Biden selling weapons against international law. Trump too. Bush jr is a war criminal and he’s unable to go to several European countries because he will be held accountable if he does, and damn right. Oh yeah we can thank republicans for this major mistake.
