Ughhhh finally someone said it, unapologetically- buying a house does not have to be the American dream anymore. ❤ 👏🏾 It’s truly a new day, era, and definition of peace.

great interview.. I also agree with not buying/owning a house (I also own one) before you’ve done a lot of investing and making money work for you first.
@mangoyacho3 ай бұрын
@daisyinjapan ... interesting insight indeed. I think that owning a house gives one a sense of security especially if you dont buy a house that is at your maximum affordibility scale. If the bank is willing to give you for example $500 000 to buy a home, one could opt to buy a $300 000 instead. My house is bringing me a lot of money from renting out cottages on the property after I subdivided my yard. The cottages are financing my mortgage and I still have some left over after paying the mortgage.

I wouldn't say that owning a house is no longer the american dream because it is still a core american value, but it is no longer attainable for most people. We will need to shift our expectations as many people continue to get priced out of markets and cannot own where they are from.

Venus & Serena were the most famous tennis players at one point. Pushing tennis to main stream media. $$$$$$$ money was everywhere. They were 1st female players to really get paid & have big endorsements

Born in 1995. I delivered phone book at maybe 12 years old. But I live in the Midwest and it was COLD...so that was short lived.
How can we compare the returns on investment on house vs investing??

Equal prize money makes sense when women and men do the same work on the court - which they don't. So it is ridiculous that they have equal prize money at the Grand Slams.
