We all do. But you can't literally impact on this process. Even though all think it's pretty easy to bribe someone who's in charge of conscription it's just overstatement. I don't say this is imposible but everyone in the world who has a pretty solid amount of money could avoid conscription. So, you just can sit and wait. From my persecitve I was at conscription office 6 times for the last 2 years and no one took me to the front lines. Maybe because they indeed don't want to kill IT industry by conscripting tech ppl...honestly no clue. I've been in the IT field for almost 13 years.
