Maxie is keeping the others in line. I think he is the boss and just wasn’t going to have any wrong doing. Lol! Girl I don’t know how you do it with 3 because mine gets nervous just going to the clinic to get her nails done. She loves the ride but as soon as we get to this one place she starts getting nervous. I love you and all your pups! This was my life for thirty five+ years. My husband and I had no human children but had plenty of four-legged kids...there was a time we were corralling and referring six at once! 😲Lost our last dog four years ago and with getting older ourselves decided to give it a break. I was loving watching the dogs! We have a 7 yr old long haired mini daschund and a 2 yr old golden retriever. My daughter and her family bought a new house, but they can't move in till mid December, so they are staying with us, 2 extra adults, 4 kids, and their 3 dogs! A 9 yr old golden doodle, a 3 yr old setter doodle, and a 5 month old Aussie doodle!!!! It is a zoo around here!!!

Love Lola! A helpful tip to keep her from jumping up on you is that when she does that, turn your back towards her saying no and ignore her for a minute. That stopped it easily with our dog.

There's a Canadian groomer with a KZbin channel (Girl With The Dogs) and she uses a cage dryer for dogs that can't handle the blow dryer. The dog goes in the cage (solid on all sides with a wire front gate) and she attaches 2-3 dryer hoses to the front to blow into the cage. It doesn't look like it would be too expensive to set up. Lola's still adjusting to her new environment; hopefully she'll get used to the groomer over time.

I could watch dogs playing all day (and listen to them playing all day, too). You have three wonderful canines! You might want to ask your vet about the possibility of some anti-anxiety medication for Lola next time she goes to the groomer. You can get very short-acting and temporary medications (such as Trazodone or Gabapentin - yes, most people associate Gabapentin with pain relief, but it's also an excellent anti-anxiety medication and is extremely safe and has few, if any, side effects at the dosage you'd give). Only your vet could prescribe these. It might be worth checking out. I'm a firm believer in anti-anxiety medications for animals (and people) and they really can make a huge difference. Having worked in rescue, I've worked with a whole lot of really anxious dogs and the medications can really help the animals a lot. And it's such a treat to see you and the dogs every morning!

OMG. You have your work cut out for you! LOL. Poor Lola. Traumatized by the dryer. I know. Those things are so loud. Probably never needed blow dryin in Mexico. Hope it's better next time. 7 hours. Wow. Groomer must've been really busy and backed up. If you haven't already seen videos put out a lovely lady groomer, it's a must watch. Her channel is: Girl with the dogs 2. If you ever get the time. She works with hard to groom cases, older dogs, all breeds, and also rescue dogs that will be put up for adoption. She's just incredible. Lovin your videos.

You have such patience. Your pups are cute. I have 2 rescue dogs, one Chihuahua "Milo" that my daughter rescued when in college, of course he still lives with me "grandma" 13 years later. Then Sasha a pitbull that came to my door starving and freezing in winter Jan. 2015, so I have quite the mix. Milo 8 lb. still rules the house and Sasha is a big 88lb baby. Although mine don't run around through my entire house. Maybe because I am an older senior citizen they have been laid-back and pretty calm pups. Enjoy watching your videos!

Lola warmed up to you guys so well. Your dogs are precious. We have Molly and Maddy, both shih tzus and 13 years old. Maddy Lou goes to the vet today because she for some reason can’t walk and we’re sure she didn’t get hurt. Molly did the same thing over a year ago but got out of it. Maddy isn’t doing well and it’s hard for her to even eat. She just lays on doggie pads in her bed 🥲

You can try a mobile pet groomer, they will in and out in about an hour. That’s what I do and when I have dogs that are terrified of the dryer I will use a happy hoodie and if needed blow dry from a distance. Only if needed though because it’s beneficial to use the force dryer to blow the coat out.
