Hi 👋🏾 Yes so mortgage lenders would usually give you x4 or x4.5 of your salary as a mortgage loan. So 55,000 x 4 = £220,000 which means you’ll need to have £30,000 as deposit but some can give you 55,000 x 4.5 = 247,500 in this case a 10% deposit would suffice. So yes it’s possible. You can also book a call with me to further discuss affordability and all things mortgage if you like
