Wow what an excellent plant. Very clean, well organized, terrific job. By the time you start utilizing water…looks like there is no dirty water coming from rugs. I love your process, watched it several times. Excellent videography too. Thank you [Seattle, WA]

Thank you so much for this comment! We believe dry cleaning is one of the most important steps before adding any water.

What is your process when cleaning rug pad? Is it the same as rug cleaning? I've never had a customer ask me to clean their pad.
@HernandezCarpetCleaning2 жыл бұрын
We personally only clean thicker rug padding because the thin ones can get damaged during the agitation process. Cleaning rug padding is fairly simple! 1. Add water and your cleaning solution 2. Agitation (CRB, Rotary machine, hand brush, etc) 3. Pressure wash 4. Hang up padding so it can dry Hope this helps!

Do wool fibers shrink or felt from washing? How do you mitigate the negative effects of washing wool? Do some types of wool wash better than others?

Great video, but a comparison of the before and after at the end of your video would make it perfect.

Would you kindly contact me to either clean my 8’ x 10’ wool oriental carpet or recommend a professional reliable business in my area near Morganton or Hickory North Carolina. There is minor damage to the fringe on two sides. Thank you.

Much of your video was way too jerky to view comfortably so I decided to leave this comment and stopped watching.
